Promo-code searches can hide an important issue: theScore Bet availability is jurisdiction-specific. Its current public site lists Sportsbook and Casino availability in Alberta and Ontario, while U.S. promotion terms list selected states.
Canada
The current theScore Bet site says Sportsbook and Casino are available in Alberta and Ontario, with province-specific age and responsible-gambling rules.
United States
U.S. sportsbook access is limited to eligible jurisdictions. Individual promotions can have their own location requirements.
Why location affects promo codes
A promotion can be available in one state or province and unavailable elsewhere. Verify physical-location eligibility before relying on a promotion.
App access
theScore Bet announced that iOS 16 support ended September 15, 2026. Users on unsupported devices may need to update or use the web version.

Posts by theScore BetWhy availability is not one simple list
theScore Bet separates sportsbook access from sportsbook-and-casino availability. The official site currently distinguishes the U.S. jurisdictions where Sportsbook is offered from the smaller group where Sportsbook and Casino are both listed.
Promotions can have narrower eligibility
Even when the sportsbook itself is available in a jurisdiction, a particular promotion may exclude that market or impose additional conditions. Users should therefore check the specific promotion terms rather than assuming that general app availability guarantees promotional eligibility.
App support can change
Device and operating-system requirements are separate from geographic availability. A supported jurisdiction does not necessarily mean every older device or operating-system version will continue to support the app.
